Pfizer Demands Countries Put Up Military Bases, Embassies, and Bank Reserves as Collateral for Vaccine Injury Lawsuits | 08 March 2021 | As reported by New Delhi-based World Is One News (WION), Pfizer is demanding countries put up sovereign assets as collateral for expected vaccine injury lawsuits resulting from its COVID-19 inoculation. In other words, it wants governments to guarantee the company will be compensated for any expenses resulting from injury lawsuits against it. WION reports that Argentina and Brazil have rejected Pfizer’s demands. Initially, the company demanded indemnification legislation to be enacted, such as that which it enjoys in the U.S. [thanks to the medical-industrial swamp]. Argentina proposed legislation that would restrict Pfizer’s financial responsibility for injuries to those resulting from negligence or malice. Pfizer rejected the proposal. It also rejected a rewritten proposal that included a clearer definition of negligence. Pfizer then demanded the Argentinian government put up sovereign assets — including its bank reserves, military bases and embassy buildings — as collateral.

Council of Europe: No compulsory vaccinations and no discrimination against the unvaccinated | 09 Feb 2021 | On 27 January, the Council of Europe signed Resolution 2361, which states that vaccinations in EU Member States should not be mandatory. Furthermore, persons who have not been vaccinated may not be discriminated against in any way. This effectively stops the notion of “vaccine passports”… Point 7.3 of the resolution obliges all Member States to ensure that citizens are informed that Covid vaccinations are NOT (the only word written in capital letters throughout the resolution) mandatory and that no one is politically, socially or otherwise pressured to be vaccinated. Secondly — at least as important — Member States must ensure that no one is discriminated against for not being vaccinated because of possible health risks or because the person simply does not want to be vaccinated.

One Nurse Dead, Another Injured as Austria Suspends AstraZeneca COVID Vaccine Inoculations | 08 March 2021 | Corporate news sources are reporting that Austria has suspended their roll-out of the experimental AstraZeneca COVID vaccines after a 49-year-old nurse has died “as a result of severe coagulation disorders,” and a 35-year-old nurse developed a pulmonary embolism following the COVID injections. A pulmonary embolism is an acute lung disease caused by a dislodged blood clot. Both nurses reportedly worked at the Zwettl clinic in Lower Austria province.

CDC study: Half of people hospitalized for COVID were obese | 08 March 2021 | Obesity is a key factor in the severity of a COVID-19 diagnosis, according to a new study published Monday by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. CDC found that of the 148,494 adults across 238 hospitals who were diagnosed with COVID-19, nearly 51 percent were obese, and nearly 28 percent were overweight.

Preventing a Repeat of Disastrous Lockdown Policies By Nicholas J. Kaster | 08 March 2021 | (Opinion) The lockdown policies were a disaster for many Americans. The global elites, however, look to those policies as a template to deal with future crises — real and imagined. The World Economic Forum has been quite open about using the response to COVID as a pretext for they call a “Great Reset.” In his book, COVID-19: The Great Reset, World Economic Forum (WEF) founder and executive chairman Klaus Schwab wrote that: “With the economic emergency responses to the pandemic now in place, the opportunity can be seized to make the kind of institutional changes and policy choices that will put economies towards a fairer, greener future.” These institutional changes would be transformational, designed to create a global technocratic world order utterly alien to liberal western values. (Scholar Michael Rectenwald has authored a valuable series detailing these changes and the impact that they would have on economic and civil liberties.)

New York Republicans announce Cuomo impeachment resolution: ‘We believe the time has come’ –Cuomo is facing multiple allegations of sexual misconduct and a federal probe into his administration’s tally on COVID-19 deaths tied to nursing homes | 08 March 2021 | Republicans in the New York State Assembly on Monday announced an impeachment resolution against Gov. Andrew Cuomo, saying they believe the Democratic governor has lost “credibility and trust” and has an “inability to lead” the state of New York amid sexual harassment allegations leveled against him and investigations into his handling of the coronavirus pandemic. New York State Assembly Minority Leader Will Barclay, alongside other Republicans, laid out the plan to introduce an impeachment resolution on Monday.

Cuomo: Nearly 50 New York lawmakers call for governor to either resign or be impeached | 07 March 2021 | On Sunday, one of the most powerful Democrat lawmakers in New York issued a statement calling for Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who has been ensnared by two major scandals, to resign from office. Cuomo is facing multiple allegations of sexual harassment and a federal probe into his administration’s tally on COVID-19 deaths tied to nursing homes. State Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins, a Democrat from Yonkers, said in a statement that the allegations are “drawing away from the business of government.”

Supreme Court Refuses to Hear Trump’s Last Remaining Election Challenge | 08 March 2021 | The Supreme Court dismissed former President Donald Trump’s final remaining challenge to the 2020 presidential election results this morning, a lawsuit challenging the results in the state of Wisconsin. Also on March 8, the high court declined to hear an emergency petition for mandamus brought by pro-Trump lawyer L. Lin Wood who on Dec. 30, 2020, asked the court to block the Jan. 5, 2021, runoff elections for Georgia’s two U.S. Senate seats. The races were won by Democrats who unseated two incumbent Republicans, handing control of that chamber to Democrats as President Joe Biden began his term of office. The court, as is its custom when refusing to hear petitions, did not explain its actions March 8. No justices indicated they were dissenting from the dismissal orders.

Enough Is Enough: Trump Tells GOP and Republicans to Quit Using His Name for Fundraising Without Permission | 05 March 2021 | For years, the Republican Party has been fundraising off of President Trump’s name — even when they were attacking him at the same time. In 2020 the Republican Party somehow managed to turn a landslide victory for President Trump into a defeat… But enough is enough. President Trump notified the GOP that they will be cracking down on the use of his name for fundraising.

Ashli Babbitt Family Considers Lawsuit in Capitol Shooting Death | 08 March 2021 | The family of the woman shot dead inside the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 is considering filing a lawsuit against the officer who shot her. The lawsuit would allege constitutional violations, Terrell Roberts, a lawyer for Ashli Babbitt’s family, told The Epoch Times, including excessive use of force. “That will be filed against the officer, the Capitol Police,” he said, pending the outcome of the investigation into the shooting.

‘The Guy That Runs That Outfit Over There’ – Joe Biden Forgets the Name of the Pentagon and His Secretary of Defense | 08 March 2021 | Joe Biden on Monday announced he nominated two female generals for four-star combatant commands. During his announcement, Joe Biden totally forgot the name of the Pentagon, as well as the name of his Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin. “I want to thank the — former general, I keep calling him General…the guy who runs that outfit over there. I want to make sure we thank the Secretary…” said Biden as Kamala Harris lurked in the background. (Video)
